As well as giving our time and talents to serve Jesus, we also  give money joyfully and sacrificially in response to Jesus’ generosity and to help more people meet Jesus.

Barrenjoey Anglican Churches Scripture Fund

This fund provides financial backing for our Special Religious Education (Scripture) ministries in local public schools. We employ teachers, purchase resources and materials, and train our volunteers, all so that we can provide the best possible programs.

The fund is administered by the Wardens of Barrenjoey Anglican Churches and has Australian Taxation Office Deductible Giving Recipient Status. This means that, at the end of every financial year, you will be issued with a Tax Receipt which will enable you get a deduction with your annual return.

How to give to the Fund:

a. By Cheque:

Make your cheque payable to Barrenjoey Anglican Churches

Attach a note stating that you want the money to go to the Scripture Fund and give you name, address and contact details so that the Wardens can give you a Tax Receipt.

b. By Electronic Giving: Step 1.

Step 2.

Notify the Wardens.
Send an email to the Wardens
In your email, notify the wardens that you are commencing giving to the fund, and tell them how you are tagging your donations (eg. JSMITH). Please also include the name of the taxable entity making the donations (eg J. Smith Pty Ltd or John Smith etc), postal address and contact details.  The Wardens will use this information to total up your giving each financial year and send you the Tax Receipt.

Step 3.

Pray for the work of Scripture in our schools.
