Hebrews

Hebrews begins by announcing that, in the past, God spoke in many and various ways but now God has spoken by his Son. Jesus brings the perfect and final word from God. So Hebrews shows us how the salvation Jesus authored supersedes and completes all that God had begun in the Old Testament. Jesus trumps angels, sacrifices, high priests, the temple and even Jerusalem itself.
