As well as giving our time and talents to serve Jesus, we also give money joyfully and sacrificially in response to Jesus’ generosity and to help more people experience Jesus.

Tax Deductible Giving
If you are looking for a tax effective way to support the ministry of our church, please consider giving to one or both of our tax deductible funds.
SRE Fund: This fund provides financial resources for our Scripture Ministry in our local schools.

EBF (Building Fund): This fund provides financial resources for the buildings associated with The Rising College.

If you are considering giving an amount above $2000 before the end of this financial year, and you don’t mind which fund your giving goes to, please speak with Sturt about which fund needs your contribution the most. We want to be able to utilise these funds in the most effective way possible for Gospel ministry.
Education Building Fund
The St Marks and St Davids Education Building Fund is a publicly funded trust raising funds for the construction and maintenance of buildings used for The Rising College, our school providing Christian education for youth and children. Currently, this means the funds are used for the Keen Hall and the “teacher's residence”. A copy of the Trust Deed of the fund is available upon request.
All donations to the fund are tax deductible. At the end of each financial year, you will receive a tax receipt from the fund, which can be included in your personal tax return to the Australian Taxation Office.
How to make your donation
The easiest way to make your donation is by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You simply go to your online banking facility and set up the transfer. The payee for your transfers should be:

In addition, please also email the trustees of the fund and notify them of your name as tagged on the transactions and your postal address so that they can issue your tax receipt at the end of the tax year.
